Aloha!!

Holy yummy Guacamole, I am finally back from one of the most delicious, ridiculous, Soul connecting adventures of my Life.  Six weeks ago after the Cowabunga Tofino Retreat I packed my bags, hopped in the car (License Plate #:  108 WEE) with my Beloved Celeste and we headed South to one of the most divine places I ever experienced…”EDEN HOT SPRINGS, Arizona.”

There’s way to much to share in just a short email but to give you an idea.  I spent 26 days on the land (much of it naked on the Earth  …soaking in 8 gorgeous-sacred hot springs, unwinding from my daily habits and patterns, working through many emotional and mental obstacles and connecting to the most important thing in the world;  Gaia, Soul Fam, Source & Self.

On this trip I re-discovered one of the deepest, richest gifts I have to offer, share and experience…the gift of Laughter, Joy and Humor!  This is the most powerful, transformational method for healing on our planet; the modality of being a Child again.  This is a BIG part of my mission with Cowabunga is to help people rediscover what it’s like to see the world with NEW EYES and treat everyday as a Spiritual Adventure of self discovery, joy and humor.  There’s enough seriousness on the planet, especially with how we take ourselves.

With that being said, you’re going to see a WHOLE NEW SIDE of Cowabunga over the coming weeks, months and years based on the visions I received while away.  Hopefully you digg change!  The team at Cowabunga and I are going to be offering the world the gift of humor through a BRAND NEW series of “Conscious Comedy Videos!”  Just imagine  ‘Saturday Night Live’ with a positive spin…Cool or Cool!?  I’ve been saying for years that this is my dream so dang-it, it’s time to step up and share!  I encourage you to share whatever gifts you’ve been putting off too…procrastination be-gone!  And if you need help settling some of the fears that come up, that’s what I’m here for!
